Crystal Tea was born to help people take a moment of mindfulness. A simple age old ritual ritual and mix of nurturing blends designed intuitively to allow people the space, clarity and focus to manifest their best life.

Crystal Tea is dedicated to bringing awareness to what you’re thinking and doing, and how it feels for a few minutes each day. Concepted in 2019 and born in 2021, Crystal Tea was founded to balance a love of tea, crystal/energy healing and also the ritual of mindfulness. 

Hi! I’m Fiona the founder of Crystal Tea and helping people has become my passion. I left my creative career in 2020 and like many, had become disillusioned with corporate life, the impact I was having and my ever decreasing energy levels. 

Packing it all in, I then became a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Crystal Healer and Mindfulness Advocate. Working and talking with loads of people, I soon realised that so many were confused on how to use the power of their intuition to tap into their own healing capabilities. Loads of people wanted answers on how to use crystals to ‘fix them’ or find answers in a healing session, only to realise that their true power was within all along. 

After a friend suggested blending tea and crystals, my mind began racing. Could it be possible to help people with only a couple of minutes a day? Help them tap into their own internal power through the use of something as simple as a cup of tea? 

So after many hours of research and many many twists and turns - finally Crystal Tea was ready. I cannot contain my excitement and am ready to help anyone who is ready to help themselves. While Crystal Tea is no silver bullet to solve anyones problems fully, it’s a start. And after many years of feeling stuck, I know better than anyone that a start and change of perspective is all you need. 

I hope Crystal Tea helps you feel more relaxed, centred and connected to yourself again. Your true high vibe self is just waiting to shine.
